Cancellation Policy
We hope you do not have to cancel. In the event of a cancellation, please honor our 24 hour cancellation notice policy. You will be charged a fee for services without proper notification.
Cancellations: Mobile Massage for Individuals, Spa Pamper Events, Bridal Parties, etc.
All individual client appointments must be secured with a credit card and may be canceled without penalty with a 24-hour notice. If this 24 hour cancellation window is not honored, a client providing late notification will be charged 75-100% of the service fee. No shows and no calls will result in 100% of the service fee charged to the client’s credit card. If the individual client would like to reschedule beyond the 2-week window or has already rescheduled once, there will be a 50% charge for services applied to the credit card.
All pamper event parties and bridal party packages must be credit card secured with 100% of all charges payable in-full within two (2) weeks or upon booking (if less than 2 weeks) of the scheduled event. A 50% deposit is refunded for cancellations made within one (1) week of the scheduled event.
The cancellation policy for corporate sponsored events, health and wellness benefits programs will be specified in contract format and may vary from individual appointment cancellations policy.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and debit cards.
Refunds to Massage Therapists for Continuing Education Units Training:
Individuals who register for Massage Therapy classes will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of $75 or 20% which ever is greater.
Requests for a Refund made greater than 30 days will be honored in full less the administration fee. Requests for a Refund between 14 and 29 days will be honored at ½ the registration cost less the administration fee. Requests for a Refund that is 13 days or less will not be honored.
Requests for refund/ cancellations must be made in writing and will be reviewed by account management within 7-10 days upon receipt; thereafter, if approved, payment may be remitted to the registrant in the full amount less the administration fee.
NOTE: Under extreme conditions, Expressooo reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy such that it could apply the appropriate refund as a credit for a future class within a six (6) month window.
