| "In my career as and ER physician, I have to be on my toes and sharp at all times. It is important to have a regular exercise routine to help alleviate stress. I have been experiencing a headache for a few days. My regular exercise routine consists of stretching and running, and this headache persists. As I prepare for this massage, the therapist explained that massage is indicated for headaches. During the session, I drifted off to sleep a few times. After the session was over as I prepared to leave, my headache was gone completely. There are many benefits from massage. I am a firm believer that "Massage Works", and I highly recommend it to others. |

| "I was very ill when I received my first massage. It was a gift from three of my very dear friends. I must say that the massage was a life saver! Not only did the massage relax me mentally and physically, the therapist found some important changes in my body. Most importantly, the massage eased my pain and stimulated my joints. For example, I used my chair lift to go up the stairs however; the massage was so relaxing and increased my joint mobility so much that I was able to walk down the two flights of stairs instead of using the chair lifts as usual.
I had my second massage today. Now, I can open and close my fist, raise my arm above my head, and totally get some much needed rest. I have and will continue to recommend Expressooo Massageworx (formerly Therapeutic Massageworx) to my friends and acquaintances." |

| "Getting ready for the Christmas Holidays can be a very fun and busy time. This weekend, as we plan for our family dinner, my husband provided me a 30 minute massage for relaxation. After the massage, I stated to the massage therapist, "This is better than physical therapy". You see approximately 26 years ago I was in an automobile accident. As a result of the accident, I suffered from whiplash. Sometimes now that area of my back seems to get knotted up. The therapist knew how to target and get into the shoulder muscles for a total relief of my back tension (stress). I am all smiles." | |

| "As someone that suffers from scoliosis and chronic musculoskeletal pain, I am stiffer and experience tired back and shoulder strain prior to the massage therapy. Afterwards, I am more relaxed, rested and have an increased in range of motion. Massage is medicine without the drugs." | |

| "I have had the opportunity to travel throughout the world, including living in the Orient for several years. While there, I received massage therapy which utilized such techniques as acupressure and shiatsu massage. Since then, I have lived in several metropolitan cities. Today, I received a massage at D'Elegance Spa from a freelance experienced massage therapist that also works for Expressooo Massageworx (formerly Therapeutic Massageworx). This is by far the best massage that I have had since I left Japan. I am thrilled as massage therapy is key to living successfully in our stressful world! Thank you!!" |
